From New York City
Take the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) NORTH to Exit 4, The Cross County Parkway (past Yonkers Raceway and Cross County Square Mall).  Shift to the right lane after exiting and turn onto The Cross County Parkway EAST.  Bear left onto Hutchinson River Parkway NORTH.  Follow directions for Hutchinson Parkway NORTH (See Below).

From The Hutchinson River Parkway North
Take the Hutchison River Parkway North to Exit 27 (Purchase Street/NY 120.) Turn left at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp onto Purchase Street and proceed 2.7 miles to Tower Road. Turn right onto Tower Road. Proceed 0.35 miles. Panorama’s parking lot will be on your left.

From I-287
Take I-684 NORTH and proceed to exit 2. Turn RIGHT at the exit ramp and right at the light onto Route 120 SOUTH. Follow Route 120 SOUTH for 1.0 (one) mile, and then turn LEFT just prior to the I-684 overpass to follow Route 120 SOUTH. Continue another 0.4 miles on Route 120 SOUTH to Tower Road. Turn left on Tower Road. Proceed 0.35 miles. Panorama's parking lot will be on your left.

From The Merritt Parkway South
Proceed south on the Merritt Parkway and continue straight to cross the CT / NY border to the Hutchison River Parkway South. Take NY Exit 27 (Purchase Street / NY 120.) At end of exit ramp, turn right onto Purchase Street / 120 North and proceed 2.7 miles to Tower Road. Turn right onto Tower Road. Proceed 0.35 miles. Panorama’s parking lot will be on your left.

From I-684 South
Exit 2. Turn LEFT at end of the exit ramp and go to the traffic light. Go RIGHT onto Route 120 SOUTH at the traffic light. Follow Route 120 SOUTH for 1.0 (one) mile, and then turn LEFT just prior to the I-684 overpass to follow Route 120 SOUTH. Continue another 0.4 miles on Route 120 SOUTH to Tower Road. Turn left on Tower Road. Proceed 0.35 miles. Panorama's parking lot will be on your left.
